In this example, the Alert Type is Static set on travel time for a link. We set five (5) minutes as the threshold with greater or equal Operator, and the Aggregation Function is “Average”.
Aggregation Period = 2 data points (green braces)
Evaluation Period = 8 data points (red brace)
Number of Violations = 2 (out of 8/2= 4)
Since the results include two violations out of four, an Alert will be triggered.
