Warranty

SMATS sensors comes with 1-year standard warranty and 90-day manufacturer defect replacement warranty.

Extended warranty purchase

SMATS offers an extended warranty on its hardware sensors. The Extended Warranty can be purchased for an additional period. SMATS currently offers this extended warranty for 1 or 2 years beyond the manufacturer’s warranty period. Please request a quote for the Extended Warranty that best suits your requirements.

Repairs outside warranty

We charge for a repair diagnostics fee on SMATS sensors outside of the 1-year warranty period. If the unit is repairable, we will provide a quote for labor, parts, and shipping to return the unit to you in working order.
